1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders
placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
During sales or peak periods, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are located
elsewhere and would like to order, please contact us at
hazelandhalo@outlook.com to discuss options.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship via international tracked parcel services. Estimated delivery
times after dispatch are:

- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs
clearance, weather, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays
caused by the carrier or customs, but we will help you resolve any issues.

4. Shipping Rates

- Free standard shipping on US orders over $49
- Flat rate $5.95 on US orders under $49
- International rates are calculated at checkout

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with
a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the
destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it,
please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to
investigate. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case
basis.

8. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are
not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the
customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at
hazelandhalo@outlook.com; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has
shipped.
